  • How do I make an appointment if I plan to have health examination at your center?

    You may contact our Customer Service Line at 04-24631110 or 0800-323188 from 08:00 AM to 18:00 PM during Monday to Friday and 08:00 AM to 15:00 PM at Saturday. A designated person will answer all of your queries and help you schedule your examination. 

  • How do I postpone or cancel my appointment?

    Please inform us one week before your test day, we can help you rearrange the schedule. 

  • Is there any one-day health examination program? If I prefer to complete the tests in two separate occasions, is there any time limit between the tests?

    All the health examination programs in our center are one-day programs, except the CEO health examination is the two-day program, which is recommended to complete within a week. 

  • Do I need to bring anything to the center on the test day? What is the registration time and location?

    Please bring your NHI card and health examination fee to the registration counter of the “Executive Health Management Center, Cheng Ching Hospital” on the 3rd floor of Jing-Yi Building, Cheng Ching Hospital – Chung Kang Branch following the designated schedule on the test day stated on the appointment note. We will provide a set of test clothing for you to change.

  • How long should I be waiting for my test results after the examination day?

    For imaging examinations (e.g. MRI, CT and Gastroenteroloscopy), a specialist will einterpret the results to you in person on the test day. The complete health examination report will be delivered to your mailing address within 3~4 weeks after the examination. 

  • What should I do if my report shows any abnormalities?

    Our staff will help you refer to related clinics immediately or provide you related medical advice.
